GeoInsight, Inc. has an opening for the following opportunity in its Manchester, New Hampshire office.

Mid-Level Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience focused on a wide range of geotechnical projects, but able to participate in other civil and/or environmental disciplines. We require a candidate that has a strong work ethic, enjoys taking on responsibility and client service, appreciates what it means to be a consultant, works independently as well as part of a team, and is motivated to perform high quality work.

Experience requirements include:

• design and oversight of site investigations;
• correct interpretation of subsurface conditions;
• selection of proper foundation support methods;
• application of engineering design solutions;
• report preparation;
• preparation of technical specifications;
• familiarity with forensic evaluations;
• use of geosynthetics and other ground improvement systems;
• management of multiple projects;
• construction oversight; and
• strong technical communication skills.

Additional favorable qualifications include familiarity in applying regulations, a Professional Engineer registration, and the ability to assist in winning new projects.
